Cutting fluid filter bag: analysis and application of key performance indicators

       As an important consumable in the machining industry, the cutting fluid filter bag’s core task is to ensure the cleanliness of the cutting fluid, thereby improving the processing efficiency and product quality of the machine tool. Choosing a suitable filter bag requires comprehensive consideration of filtration efficiency, material characteristics and cost-effectiveness. Filtration efficiency is one of the key indicators for evaluating the performance of filter bags.        1. Filtration efficiency depends on the material and design of the filter bag. For example, filter bags made of nylon monofilament are suitable for precision processing environments because of their good wear resistance and high-precision filtration; while PP/PE filter bags are widely used in general industrial environments because of their good chemical stability and economy.
