Filter material:
       The       ● bag filter material is processed with ultra-fine synthetic fibers and made of special weaving to avoid the discomfort caused by old glass fiber materials.
The ● filter material contains electrostatic fibers, has high dust trapping power, high dust load, high air permeability, and high service life.
● 35%, 45%, 65%, 85%, 95% pouch filters are available.

Structure:
       ●        The outer frame is a general galvanized iron frame.
● Each filter bag has several spacers evenly distributed in the width of the bag, preventing the filter bag from over-expanding when subjected to wind pressure, shielding each other, and reducing the effective filtration area and efficiency.
● Each filter bag is fused by ultrasonic wave, has good air tightness and strong bonding strength, and does not leak or break.
Note: Non-standard dimensions are customized.
Aluminum frames can also be made according to customer requirements.
