Non-woven compression activated carbon filter element
Classification and characteristics:
There are two main categories of activated carbon filter products: compressed activated carbon filter and bulk activated carbon filter.
1. The compressed activated carbon filter element uses coal activated carbon and coconut shell activated carbon with high adsorption value as the filter material, and adds a binder for sintering and compression molding. The inside and outside of the compressed activated carbon filter element are respectively wrapped with a layer of non-woven fabric with filtering effect to ensure that the carbon core itself does not fall off the carbon powder, and the two ends of the carbon core are equipped with soft butyronitrile rubber sealing pads, so that the carbon core is loaded into the filter cartridge with good sealing properties.
II. The bulk activated carbon filter core fills the required activated carbon particles into a special plastic shell. The end caps are welded to both end surfaces of the shell with welding equipment. The two ends of the shell are respectively put into a non-woven filter that plays a filtering role to ensure that the carbon core does not drop carbon powder and black water when used.Depending on the customer's needs, the housing end cap can be made into different types of connection ports. The interface methods are: flat type, pipe type (model: 4042, 4044, 4046, etc.).
